Alvoradamena LDA, operating under the trademark Latam Digital Bridge, is the CONTROLLER responsible for the processing of the USER’s personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and Law No. 58/2019 of 8 August, which ensures the implementation of the GDPR in Portugal.
We process your personal data in order to maintain a commercial relationship with the USER.
The operations foreseen to carry out this processing are:

The processing of your personal data is legally based on Article 6 of the GDPR, as follows:
With the USER’s consent: for sending commercial communications and newsletters.
For the legitimate interests of the CONTROLLER: to conduct market studies, statistical analysis, and to process orders, requests, or communications initiated by the USER.
Your data will be retained only for the time necessary to maintain the purpose for which it was collected, or for the period required by legal or contractual obligations.
Once the data is no longer necessary, it will be securely deleted or anonymised to ensure its confidentiality and protection.
No communication of personal data to third parties is foreseen, except when required for the proper development and execution of the processing purposes.
In such cases, data may be shared with service providers (e.g., hosting, email, communication, or marketing providers) with whom the CONTROLLER has entered into data processing agreements in accordance with current privacy legislation.
The USER has the following rights under Articles 12–22 of the GDPR:
Right to withdraw consent at any time.
Right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of your personal data.
Right to restrict or object to processing.
Right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados – CNPD) if you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the applicable regulations.

By ticking the relevant boxes and filling in data fields marked with an asterisk (*) in contact forms or download forms, the USER expressly and freely accepts that such data are necessary for the CONTROLLER to fulfil the request. The inclusion of data in other fields is voluntary.
The USER guarantees that the personal data provided are truthful and up to date, and is responsible for communicating any changes.
The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are essential for providing an optimal service to the USER. Failure to provide the requested data may result in the inability to fully meet your needs or process your request.
